We engaged BJ because he was willing to invest in proper market analysis and valuation, home inspection, broad Internet and print advertising, a virtual tour and an open house for local real estate agents. A short time into the relationship we recognized we had found a true partner. BJ works hard, has good business sense, is highly ethical and quite personable. He took personal responsibility and communicated tenaciously even when he could not get in touch with family members. BJ Brown did a great job in helping us prepare the house to sell. He put us in contact with professionals to make the needed repairs and was always available. I absolutely loved working with BJ Brown. After meeting with him to view a home and explaining to him exactly what I was looking for he immediately started looking and after talking about many other houses, he found my home! We would recommend BJ to anyone & already have. We moved 900 miles from CT to TN completely unfamiliar with the area. All we wanted was a house w/ land, a barn, a pond, & a guest house on a woefully low budget - not too much to ask for huh? It took quite some looking but he never gave up until he found our dream house. BJ helped us through every step from utility companies to good local restaurants.
