BJ is your guy if you're looking for a Realtor that ALWAYS goes the extra mile! He's transparent, open and genuinely interested in doing what's best for the customer even when it's not in his best interest. We found our Tennessee dream home while living in Texas with BJ's help. We placed our bid  on Christmas eve and after countering with the sellers, secured our offer on Christmas day. We were only in town for a few days and BJ was more then willing to help us find our home! Then BJ took control of all the other necessities, termite inspection, inspector, etc. Even now, after our closing, BJ continues to be our go between with painters and such while we make our transition to Tennessee. With BJ we not only had a great realtor but we found our first Tennessee friend!!

BJ was quick with response from beginning to end. He was patient with my lack of knowledge of local procedures since I live in a different state, and he worked with me for pricing and negotiating. The first realtor I chose from Century 21 came highly recommended, but continually gave excuses for  her terrible performance and service. BJ was refreshing and we got the offer quickly and it was fair to both parties. I found BJ on Zillow and picked him because of the price ranges he seemed to work in the most which fit my home and location well and his closing ratio was high. Thank you BJ

B.J Brown is much more than just a real estate agent. He always went above and beyond. If I had questions or needed assistance with the home that I was purchasing, he responded quickly and always had information that was needed. I have completed eight real estate transactions and this was by far the smoothest. I can't say enough about Mr. Brown's professionalism, he truly is involved in the process and my wife and I felt like we were shopping for a home with a close friend.                     My mother put her house on the market with B.J. A few weeks later she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. BJ was extremely sensitive and helpful and took the house off the market. I was not aware, but he even came to the funeral service. After her death we re-engaged him. He marketed the house well and we had a good offer in a few weeks. He was very helpful during the negotiation phase and got us a better selling price than I was expecting. I highly recommend him as a person and a realtor.
